Yes. GPS/Wi-Fi attendance, scheduling, requests & approvals, leave, payroll and reports are in every plan. Plans differ only in departments/stores, staff, data retention and four extensions: Processes, API, Network and JSON export.
Per organization. Each plan has a maximum number of departments/stores and staff; within it you add or remove people freely without the price changing.
Starter keeps 6 months of data online, Growth and Business 1 year, Enterprise per contract. Older data is archived as Excel and PDF files for review and analysis; Business and Enterprise also get JSON to import into other systems (format described in the CTAS Developer docs). Photos and files in Processes & checklists have their own storage: Growth 200 MB, Business 500 MB, Enterprise 1 GB.
• On iPhone and iPad: buy through the App Store; Apple handles payment. • On the web: bank transfer or QR code through PayOS at business.ctas.vn. • Enterprise: a signed contract, paid by bank transfer.
No. Purchased plans are not refundable under any circumstances — so please use the 7-day trial to be sure CTAS Work fits before you buy. For App Store purchases, any refund is decided by Apple under its own policy.
You can move up to a bigger plan at any time; it applies as soon as payment completes.
Yes. Starter can add Processes & checklists (with 100 MB), API or Network; Starter and Growth can add JSON export. Add-on prices are under "Add what you need" on this page. If you need two or more extensions, Growth usually costs less.
Buy a +1 GB, +5 GB or +10 GB pack; it adds to what your plan includes. When storage is full or a pack ends, CTAS Work deletes nothing: existing photos stay viewable and only new uploads pause until there is room again.
