CTAS Course payment policy

This policy sets out how courses on the CTAS Course marketplace (course.ctas.vn), operated by CTA Solution Co., Ltd., are paid for, invoiced and handled when something goes wrong. It is part of the CTAS Course terms of use.

1. Prices and currency

• Prices are listed in Vietnamese dong (VND) on the course page and at order confirmation, VAT included where applicable. The price that applies is the one at the moment you confirm the order.
• Discount codes, if any, are applied at order confirmation; the amount due after the discount is shown clearly before you pay.
• Free courses skip payment: you enrol and start at once.

2. Payment methods

• Payment goes through the PayOS gateway: bank transfer by VietQR code or by the account details shown on the payment page. The money goes to CTA Solution Co., Ltd.'s account; you never transfer money to a Publisher or to any personal account.
• CTA Solution does not store your card or bank details; payment data is handled by PayOS and your bank.
• An unpaid order is cancelled automatically after 30 minutes. You can place a new one.

3. Activation and confirmation

• The course opens under "My courses" as soon as PayOS reports a successful payment, usually within seconds. An order confirmation is emailed to your CTAS account address.
• If you were charged and the course has not opened after 15 minutes, contact us (section 8) with the order code or the bank transaction reference; CTA Solution checks and opens the course within 1 business day.

4. No refunds

• A course on the Platform is digital content delivered immediately after payment. At order confirmation you are told clearly, and you agree, that performance starts at once and that the order is not refundable after a successful payment, even if you have not started, have not finished, or no longer need it.
• To let you decide before buying, every course publishes its full outline, duration, free preview lessons, introduction video, Publisher details and certificate conditions. Please try the free lessons first.
• The no-refund rule does not apply to the cases in section 5.

5. Payment errors and cases that are refunded

CTA Solution refunds what was collected, within 7 business days of verification, to the bank account used to pay, in these cases:

• You were charged twice or a different amount from the order.
• The payment succeeded but the course cannot be opened because of a Platform fault not fixed within 3 business days.
• The course is removed from the Platform for a Publisher's breach or at a competent authority's request before you finish, and you lose access: refunded in proportion to the content not yet learned.
• The course content differs fundamentally from the description on the store page, as confirmed by CTA Solution under the complaint procedure.

6. Invoices

• An electronic invoice is issued for every paid order as the law on invoices requires. The issuer is named on the order confirmation (the Publisher for its own courses; CTA Solution for courses published by CTAS and for the platform fee charged to Publishers).
• When you ask for an invoice, the Publisher issues it within 7 working days of your payment, for exactly what you paid, naming the course and the order code; the exact date is in your order confirmation email. The invoice (the digitally signed XML file, with a PDF when there is one) is sent to the invoice email you entered.
• For an invoice, enter the invoicing details at order confirmation, or request one on the order page on course.ctas.vn within 24 hours of payment. If you do not, the Publisher still issues the invoice the rules require, marked "Người mua không lấy hóa đơn" (buyer does not take an invoice).

7. Payouts to Publishers

CTA Solution collects payment on the Publisher's behalf, keeps the platform fee set in the storefront agreement and pays the rest to the Publisher in a monthly settlement. Refunds to buyers (section 5) caused by the Publisher are deducted from the Publisher's settlement.
